We hold six patents and have numerous patent applications pending in the United States and in other countries that relate to aspects of the technology used in our products.

We own or have rights to use the trademarks, service marks and trade names that we use in conjunction with the operation of our business. Some of the more important trademarks that we own are MEPS^®, MEPS Real-Time^®, Intelliguard^® and RFID Solutions for Critical Inventory™.
